About the Woman Leadership Expert Rania Abu Rabia
Rania is a storyteller and an action-oriented coach, facilitator and trainer, specialized in a diverse range of topics related to transformational leadership development. She is also a speaker on topics related to leadership, self-confidence, resilience, leading change, happiness, fulfillment, women development, and finding your calling in life.
Rania is the founder of THINK, a leadership development center. THINK offers unique development programs to develop leadership capabilities for leaders in organizations and individual women, capitalizing on the transformational power of blended coaching, experiential learning, personality type identification and gamification.
Rania has 25+ years of corporate and coaching experience, having worked in various multinational organizations in Canada, UAE and Egypt. Before founding THINK, she was Executive Director, HR, IT & Planning for Abercrombie & Kent Egypt, leading a team of 60 individuals, responsible for 8 branches, and for an annual budget of over US$ 12M. She holds a BSc in CS degree from Canada. She is a Certified Professional in Leadership & Performance (ATD) as well as an Associate Certified Coach (ICF) and a Professional in HR (HRCI). She has also earned the Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers & Trainers. Additionally, Rania is a certified MBTI® practitioner and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.
Rania’s mission is to inspire Egyptian women to utilize their uniqueness, their potentials and their greatness to contributing pro-actively in touching other people’s lives and thus elevating their community, their country and the world. In May 2016, she created the “Stories worth spreading” initiative where she interviews every week a remarkable Egyptian women leader from all over Egypt and shares their stories on her blog www.raniaaburabia.com
